Richard was born in Langley, BC and spent a good portion of his childhood there until his family made a move to the Okanagan Region. There, Richard finished High School and pursued an exciting career as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer specializing in helicopters. After finishing college and getting his certificate, he ended up back in the Fraser Valley maintaining helicopters for a local company.

While specializing in helicopters Richard has traveled most of western Canada. From working in the northern winter tundra to the extreme heat while fighting forest fires, Richard is no stranger to hard work and solving problems that arise at a moments notice. Throughout his career he worked his way up to lead engineer and helped maintain a fleet of multi-million dollar helicopters. Richard's hard work, determination, and strong attention to detail is how he became a highly talented Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for over 10 years.

His interest in Real Estate really started when he purchased his first house in Mission, BC. Realizing how powerful Real Estate can be he knew that this was something he wanted to be apart of. Fast forward a couple years, he turned his new passion into a reality by becoming a licensed, full time real estate professional. Now bringing all the valuable skills, expertise and attributes that made him successful in his previous career into Real Estate, helping people achieve their personal and Real Estate goals is his priority.
